We have been tenants of Engelwood Center in Clawson for over 20 years. Fran, Jeff, Sherry and the Engelwood staff are by far the best landlord team in the area! They treat you like family and it’s the best feeling for a small business – knowing that you’ll be taken care of if the need arises. We started with one unit and eventually expanded to two. Whenever there is a need, a phone call to Jeff and he’s right on it. In the winter, Jeff makes sure our roadway is salted, plowed and parking spaces are cleared. Engelwood is an excellent business park and I am thrilled we are a part of this community. We are a Contract Furniture Manufacturer's Representative and our needs change with the lines that we rep. Sometimes we have lots of deliveries and sometimes we need an extra parking space for a trailer. Engelwood's Management Team is always flexible and willing to work with us regarding our current needs. They are also very responsive when something needs to be addressed. We have been at Englewood Center since 2010 and consider ourselves lucky to have landed here. We needed to find a mixture of office and warehouse space in a hurry and I don’t think we expected that we would still be here 11 years later, however, everyone at Englewood has been so great and fair to deal with that we can’t imagine going anywhere else. They are very helpful with recommendations and always get back to you immediately with an answer. They are also super-fast at responding to any emergencies that may arise and take great care of the building, landscaping, and driveway.
